Email Marketing   

ICC's Email Marketing service is a powerful, flexible and easy to use hosted service. You don’t need to install, download or purchase any software to make it work. It's a web-based service, so you can access it from anywhere that you have a web browser and an Internet connection. Our Email Marketing service integrates easily with our other modules, eCommerce and Calendar & Registrations, and Membership Tools.

It is a feature rich system designed to be used by all levels of users. New users find it easy to use and manage. More experienced users will appreciate its depth, power and flexibility.

SERVICE FEATURES


Email Campaign Management
Campaigns are easy to create and track. You can create new campaigns based on an existing template or start from scratch. ICC does not offer stock templates that all other users may use because we believe that you have a unique message to deliver and your marketing message/email should not be generic. Therefore, we have developed a very powerful and easy to use set of tools to allow YOU to create your own templates. When creating a new campaign, you can decide to use an existing template to start from, or just design your email campaign directly for that campaign. You have the option of saving that campaign design as a template.

You also have the ability to reuse campaigns, as well as create and schedule as many campaigns as you need for future dates. This provides organizations with the power of planning and execution of a marketing strategy for specified timeframes without the rush of having to design campaigns at the last minute.

At any time, you're also able to view all scheduled campaigns and edit them.
Recipient Lists Management
Lists can be created as permanent lists or ones that are dynamically created for a one time use. Dynamically created lists can be saved as permanent lists also. You have the ability to build a recipient list dynamically based on parameters you set for that list.

That dynamic list can be made for a one-time use or saved as a permanent list.

You also have the ability to manage bounces, and enable/disable double opt ins.

You also have the ability to view your permanenet lists and the subscribers within them.
Recipients/Subscribers Management
Recipients can be added to the system one at a time or via a data upload by one of many standard upload methods accepted by our service. Recipients can be associated to one or many lists that you have the ability to create as well.
Reports
The success of your campaigns depends partly on the knowledge you can get back from the campaigns that you send out. ICC's Email Marketing services reports on emails Sent / Bounces / Spam Reports / Opt Outs / Opens / Click Throughs / Reporting per trackable URL and many other vital statistics to ensure your campaigns are successful.

Campaign data can be exported to Excel as well.
Signup Form Activity can be tracked as well in the Reports section.
Template Administrtation
Templates can be created before use in a campaign or they can be the result of a campaign that is saved as a template for reuse. Templates are a powerful feature that can save you a great deal of time and effort. We've made it very easy to create campaigns. Our templates are designed with a graphic WYSIWYG editor that makes creating templates as easy as creating a word processing document.
User Tools
To ensure compliance, our system enforces the requirement of validation "FROM" addresses to protect your organization. We also offer a host of tools to help you on your web site such as the web site Sign Up Form Builder, Send Page to a Friend code as well as Forward this Email code. Our code is easy to use. Just copy and paste the code in the appropriate section of your web site and it's ready to use.
Administrative Tools
Administrative tools help you manage the system's users and groups. Users can be added by your administrator account. Administrator accounts also have the ability to create groups and assign users to belong to one or many groups. For example, if you have various departments in your organization, a user can belong to as many groups (in this case departments) as you want them to be in.
Groups
Your organization can divide its users amongst groups that it creates. A user of the email system typically belongs in a group. For example, you may have a Marketing users group. In addition, a user can belong to other groups as well. Campaigns are available for view within Groups only. Administrator has system wide view of all campaigns within all groups.

ATTENTION AGENCIES:
Our system is ideally suited for your use as a multi-client system. Each of your clients can be set up as a Group. You can have your employees assigned as users to various groups.
myAccount
As an added convenience, our clients are able to manage their accounts online. You can generate invoices, pay online, change service levels as well as view usage details for your account.
